SS HAIR CARE's Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We work hard to earn your trust and future business. Each product is made to order before shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY SS HAIR CARE PRODUCTS -- due to sanitary reasons and the COVID-19 pandemic. NO REFUNDS will be given.
Returns will be given as a store credit towards another SS HAIR CARE product or services. The customer is responsible for repacking and sending the unused product(s) back in its original box (save your box) to the return address that will be emailed to them. An authorization will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
BEFORE returning:
Take picture(s) or video(s) of the issue(s).
Email a copy of your receipt, along with pictures/videos.
